Nicolas Zehner is a postdoctoral researcher at the Collaborative Research Center 1265, ‘Re-Figuration of Spaces’, at TU Berlin, an associated researcher at the Weizenbaum Institute, and an associated researcher with RTG 2725, ‘Urban future-making’. Nicolas holds a PhD in sociology from the University of Edinburgh. During the 2021–2022 academic year, Nicolas was a visiting research fellow at Harvard University’s Program on Science, Technology and Society. Conceptually rooted at the intersection of science and technology studies (STS) and urban studies, his research investigates the co-constitutive relationship between scientific knowledge production and urban development, with a particular focus on higher education institutions.
