Concrete construction faces increasing sustainability challenges. This study introduces a multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) model that integrates 20 ecological, economic, and social criteria. The approach is applied to compare a wrapped textile-reinforced concrete (TRC) pump sump with cast-in-place, precast, and plastic alternatives. Results highlight that wrapped TRC achieves the strongest ecological performance, while further economic optimization is required. From a social perspective, the model shows that high labour demands and safety concerns reduce the performance of cast-in-place solutions. The framework offers a structured and transferable sustainability assessment.
